Refund and Returns Policy

Exclusions
There is no warranty or return policy for the following items:
• Digital Products
• Peripherals
• Add-ons
• PC Builds that were listed on the “Refurbished” page of our website

PC Build Limited Warranties
• 3-day defective exchange from the date the build was delivered to customer
• 12-month warranty/RMA service for hardware related issues

For replacement of non-functioning hardware, STAK Technology Services LLC will go through an RMA process with the manufacturer to be sent a replacement unit. STAK Technology Services LLC will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the STAK HQ, and the labor for replacing the hardware. STAK Technology Services LLC will also cover the cost of shipping the fixed product back to the customer.

The standard warranty for PC builds sold from STAK Technology Services LLC is a 12-month limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty/RMA service covers defects from the hardware or original software/operating system installation. This does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications performed by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions
• Issues caused by user error
• Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration at STAK)
• Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:
o Replacing Components
o Overclocking
o Undervolting
o BIOS Updating
o Software Installation
• Peripherals or external accessories
• Data loss or recovery

Except as provided below, STAK Technology Services LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Warranty Conditions
• This warranty extends only if the products are purchased and operating in the USA.
• This warranty covers only normal use of the product.
• STAK Technology Services LLC is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from the following:
o Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation
o Disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current
o Service or modification completed by anyone outside of STAK Technology Services LLC

Refund Policy
• A refund may only be granted if the product arrives to the customer non-functioning
• It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the product’s limitations and performance expectations, thus STAK Technology Services LLC has no responsibility if the product does not perform as the customer expects
• If a customer files a refund for an incorrectly or accidental item, they will be refunded the final purchase amount minus any transaction fees that accrued during the original payment
